Our Mission
WorkersCompensationCalculator.com was built for one reason: injured workers deserve to walk into any attorney consultation or insurance negotiation knowing what their claim is actually worth. Too often, workers accept settlements far below what they're owed — simply because they didn't know the formula.
Our free calculator uses the same three-component model that workers' comp attorneys use to assess claims: Temporary Total Disability (TTD) benefits, Permanent Partial Disability (PPD) ratings, and medical cost coverage. We've loaded it with real state-specific benefit week schedules across all 50 states.
What We Are (and Are Not)
We are an educational tool. Our calculator provides estimates based on publicly available workers' comp formulas. We are not a law firm, and nothing on this site constitutes legal advice. Every claim is different — state laws, employer insurance carriers, injury severity, and legal representation all affect the final outcome.
